|Dr Sabina Canisius|
Has worked as a full time GP in White City for over 20 years. She joined the practice in February 1995 and is the senior and popular GP in the White City Community. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and is a GP Teacher/Tutor for Year 3 & 5 medical students at the world renowned Imperial College School of Medicine. Her interests include holistic care of patients from varied ethnic backgrounds. She is very empathic serving our patients from cradle to grave. Dr Canisius is the most experienced and senior GP at Parkview Practice and has looked after several generations of local patients in our community.
Special interests: Care for the Elderly, Asthma, Diabetes and Women's Health, and teaching and training Imperial College Medical Students.
|Dr Samia Hasan|
Has extensive primary care experience having worked as a GP for over 12 years. Her primary interest is to listen to patients and provide best evidence based care for their particular needs. She is the Programme Director for the Imperial GP Training Scheme which means she jointly runs the teaching programme at Imperial College for young doctors who are training to be GPs. She is passionate about teaching and patient care and thus ensuring that future doctors are able to connect with patients and understand not just their medical but psychosocial needs also. Dr Hasan is also the Primary Care Speciality Lead at the NIHR Clinical Research Network. This is the research delivery arm of the NHS, supporting a portfolio of over 5,000 clinical research studies.
